CargoCheck
Every document in your cargo — letter of credit, pre-shipment inspection, bills of lading, certificates of origin and quality, insurance, customs entry, storage agreement, release instructions — goes to CargoCheck by e-mail.
CargoCheck checks each one against your contract, your letter of credit and the checklist. You get a plain list of what is in, missing or wrong, and what to fix by when. One mismatch — a port name spelt differently, a certificate issued against the wrong permit — and the bank rejects the documents or the terminal holds your grain. CargoCheck catches those before they cost money.
Landed-cost comparison
The delivered price at Mombasa by origin and protein level, with freight, duty, storage and finance added. You see the real number behind the futures quote, not just the FOB price.
Hakika asks suppliers for firm offers and puts them side by side. You see what each origin costs delivered, and you choose.
Arrival timing
We log every grain vessel bound for Mombasa: ship positions, the line-up, berthing and discharge. We combine that with the local-wheat purchase cycle, the terminal's discharge rate and every member's own requirement and stock position. From it we work out the best ordering window for the whole group: when to fix the cargo so that it arrives when the queue is short, the silos have space, and every member's permit and finance are in place. Ordering together at the right moment also means buying when the market is right for the group, not when one mill runs low. Members see the same vessel data we use: which ships are coming, when, and how long they wait. Less demurrage, less storage, a cargo that lands when the mill needs it.
